Clanwilliam Group, an international healthcare technology and services company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, has announced the completion of a €200m debt placement with Alcentra. The funding will provide Clanwilliam Group with an initial €200m of committed capital to refinance existing facilities and to finance near term acquisition opportunities. A further €100m of follow-on capital is earmarked for future growth in order to accelerate the Group’s global M&A ambitions.
Clanwilliam Group is a global provider of technology to healthcare professionals with offices in seven countries and customers in over twenty. In the last 5 years, the group has acquired 16 businesses providing technology and services in primary and secondary care settings globally, from Dublin, Ireland to Auckland, New Zealand.
